Others at the dais nod or smile when he speaks.Earlier this year, Dotsara had been accused of having a hand in the selection of his daughter-in-law’s sister and brother to the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS). He had denied wrongdoing and said the exams had been conducted in a transparent manner.Recently, Karnataka health minister K. Sudhakar had said that modern Indian women want to stay single, are unwilling to give birth even after marriage and desire children by surrogacy.
