New Delhi: As the war triggered by US-Israeli attack on Iran enters day 13 today, the unabated spate of attacks and counter attacks continues. Al Jazeera reported on Thursday (March 12) that at least 10 people have been killed in the air raid on the headquarters of the Popular Mobilisation Forces in western al-Qaim.Meanwhile, two foreign oil tankers have also been attacked in Iraq’s port of al-Faw, even as Kuwait, Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia intercept more Iranian missiles and drones.Highlighting the grave consequences of the conflict triggered by US and Israel’s attack on Iran, UNICEF has said in a statement saying that since the beginning of the conflict, more than 1,000 children have been killed or injured in the violence.“Since 28 February, more than 1,100 children have been reported injured or killed in the violence. This includes 200 children reportedly killed in Iran, 91 in Lebanon, four in Israel and one in Kuwait,” said UNICEF in its statement, reported Al Jazeera.
