In an interview with Karan Thapar, former principal advisor Pronab Sen says that the government doesn’t seem to have a game plan to fulfil the $5 trillion economy promise. Sen says that the government ought to prioritise growth and employment generation in the rural sector to revive the economy. Sen also assesses the two flagship schemes of the Modi government – Mudra Yojna and PM Kisan Yojna.
