This week we start a new End-of-Year tradition, what I am calling tongue-in-cheek ‘The Revenge Interview’, where I get someone to interview me and reverse the tables. The guest is free to ask whatever he wants and to pursue and persist to whatever extent he wishes to do so. There are no bars or limitations whatsoever. Neither the subject nor the duration of the interview have been discussed in advance. It’s conducted by the guest exactly as he or she wants. The idea is to have good-natured fun and to lampoon and mimic but, if it so develops, there can well be moments of tension, innuendo and, even, of pillorying. The choice is entirely left to the guest. For this first interview of what will, I hope, become an annual End-of-Year tradition, our guest is Suhel Seth, the managing partner of Counselage India and a known expert on marketing and promotion.
