Tamil Nadu finance minister P. Thiagarajan on September 3 (Friday) presented a revised budget for the year 2021-22. In conversation with Mitali Mukherjee, Thiagarajan detailed the financial challenges as they lay ahead for the state and also discussed the flaws in a “one nation one tax” system.
