The Dibrugarh Lok Sabha constituency has two of the longest bridges in the country – Bogibeel and Dhola-Sadiya. Both these bridges were inaugurated with much pomp and show by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.However, not far from the bridges, a national highway has been perennially under repair, causing discomfort to the locals.
