New Delhi: Supreme Court Judge Justice M.R. Shah, 64, is being airlifted to Delhi after having sustained a heart attack in Himachal Pradesh on Thursday, June 16, news reports said.Hon’ble Justice MR Shah Judge Supreme Court of India has suffered a heart attack while he was in Himachal Pradesh. Ramana was in touch with Justice Shah and the Ministry of Home Affairs to bring him to Delhi for treatment, said the sources.Justice Shah had presided over a vacation bench in the top court last week.Justice Shah has served as a judge of the Gujarat high court, and then became the chief justice of the Patna high court before taking charge as a Supreme Court judge on November 2, 2018.
