The Union government’s think tank NITI Aayog has released the fourth health index in which Kerala has topped for the fourth consecutive time in terms of health facilities in big states, while Uttar Pradesh is at the last position. At the same time, UP has topped in terms of improvement in health facilities (incremental performance) compared to 2018-19.
