India has committed to installing 175 gigawatts of renewable energy capacity by 2022 as part of its efforts to combat climate change. In this interview, Tim Buckley, who is director of Energy Finance Studies with the Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA), talks about why that target might not be achieved.
