Senior journalist and veteran science writer Dinesh Sharma says the Modi government has not followed its own policy road map of gradually implementing the ethanol blending policy by 2030 based on transparency and consumer choice. There has been undue haste in forcing E 20 on vehicles which are not compliant and policy goals have got messed up.
