Cannes Film Festival: Five Films to Watch Out For

Cannes, France: The Cannes Film Festival (now called the International Film Festival) was founded in 1946 and is one of the most talked-about international film festivals. Every year, the festival previews movies m from across the world and of different genres, and hosts the who’s who of world cinema.

This year too, several exciting films are being showcased. The festival opened with Woody Allen’s Café Society, Steven Spielberg showcased BFG and iconic Spanish director Pedro Almodov returned with Julieta. Well-known film critic Anupama Chopra sends this exclusive report from Cannes, highlighting five films that created a buzz at the festival and you should be looking out for this year.
